A Career Built Around Helping People
Shelia’s career has always centered around supporting individuals and families during important life changes.
She began her professional journey in Social Services working with children and families, later transitioning into adult services and mental health, where she developed deep experience helping individuals navigate complex life challenges.
Over the past decade, Shelia has worked extensively with seniors and their families through leadership roles in senior living communities, including serving as a former Executive Director of an Assisted Living community. In that role, she guided countless families through decisions involving assisted living, memory care, and long-term planning.
Shelia is also a licensed real estate agent, bringing valuable expertise in housing transitions, downsizing, and relocation planning. This combination of social service experience, senior living leadership, and real estate knowledge allows her to help families navigate both the emotional and practical sides of senior transitions.
